BS1 Emulator Lite

Write and debug Basic Stamp I code under Windows! Really! You can grab this free Lite version of our Basic Stamp Simulator  now (version Beta 0.8). Sure it's beta code, but hey, its free. Supports all BS1 commands except for DEBUG, BUTTON, SEROUT, and SERIN.

BS1 Lite is free to call attention to our other products, (at http://www.al-williams.com/awce). There's no easier way to prototype with the Stamp I and II, plus PICs. No soldering! No wire wrapping! And if you want floating point, enhanced I/O, PWM, or pulse input and output, look at our PAK coprocessors.

If you don't have Visual Basic runtimes (or you aren't sure), you need to download the full version with Setup. If you think you already have all the VB files (or you are adventurous) you can try downloading just the EXE and the documentation. Current version: Beta 0.8; uploaded 13 Mar 2001.
